West Bend Woolen Mills accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, VISA and MasterCard Check/Debit Cards, money orders and personal checks on any work wear, outdoor clothing, or home goods purchase. Please be sure to allow additional time for processing when paying by personal check.

All work wear, outdoor clothing, and home goods items are shipped through either the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. Merchandise in stock will be shipped in 1-2 working days. If any items are not in stock, it is then ordered directly from the manufacturer, which usually takes 7-10 days. In the event that items are backordered, you will be contacted by West Bend Woolen Mills for further instructions.

Your wbwoolenmills.com purchase can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses for an additional charge based on the purchase total.

All work wear, outdoor clothing, and home goods items purchased from West Bend Woolen Mills and wbwoolenmills.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
